Custom Items & Special Orders

At Fairies and and Fantasy, we use many print-on-demand processes to produce our magical product range. Because we have such a huge range of artworks, and huge range of choice for products we can supply, we simply can't keep them all available all the time! However, because we love to please, we are happy to make an extra effort to provide our customers with custom, one of a kind, individually produced items by their request!

• Would you like one of Selina's archived artworks as an art print? We can custom print older artworks just for you.
• Is the artwork you have your heart set on not currently available in the product type you'd like? Almost any of our artworks can be custom made into art pendants, journals, tote bags, mirrors, keychains, earrings or mouse pads!
• Do you want a custom sized print, perhaps something larger than what we currently offer? We can provide prints in almost any size!
• Want something entirely different? We have access to all sorts of standard ready to customize products, just have a look at some of the examples below! Letter boxes, wallets, planter boxes, pencil cases, coasters, hand bags, book ends, guestbooks, jigsaw puzzles or jewelry boxes.
• Want a special message printed on your product with the artwork? Or maybe something with your name on? We're happy to work something out for you.

Placing Your Order

You will need to contact customer service at info@fairiesandfantasy.com regarding your custom product order, so Customer service can advise on whether the combination can be provided, and will provide you with all details to enter in the form above for your order, including pricing and weight details.
When enquiring please provide:
- Product selection (eg, art pendant, custom print size, wallet, jewelry box)
- Artwork Title (eg, "Motherhood", "Small Things" etc. These must be artworks by Selina Fenech only, but can include Archived artworks!)
- Currency you are ordering in (ie, to provide a quote. Australians will order in Australian Dollars, all other customers order in US dollars).
- Request for additional customisation, eg, would you like your own name on the product? Or a special message to a loved one? Let us know and we'll see what we can do!

Ordering References and Details

What can be ordered?
Lots of our standard product range can be ordered with different artworks on. We also have access to other customisable products. Below is a near complete list!
Standard Range- When ordering these products, they will take no longer to provide your custom item than our regular range!
Standard Size Art Prints, Journals, Tote Bags, Mirror Compacts, Art Pendants, Keychains, Earrings, Mouse Mats
Non-Standard Range- These products will be ordered in especially for you, and as such can add up to a week in waiting time for your order.
Wallets, Handbags, Planter Boxes, Tile lid jewelry boxes, hardboard jigsaw puzzles, guestbooks, pencil case/make up case, coaster sets, Bookends, Letter Boxes, Pen Holders.

Art Prints from Archives or Non Standard Sizes
Art prints ordered from the retired art archives gallery generally come without an information slip about the artwork as these are no longer available for retired prints. These prints also will not be in the standard format of regular prints (eg, not exact frame sizing, no title in print border). Otherwise, they are of the same print quality and packaging as the other fine art prints sold on this site.

Larger sized custom art prints
You can place a custom order for any of Selina's images in any size you like up to 2 metres in length, and in either fine art papers or on canvas! When enquiring, be sure to state which artwork you are interested in and what size, and you will be advised as to whether we believe the image will translate well to the requested size, based on our printing experience and the size of the original image. If the original artwork is smaller in size, it will need to be significantly enlarged, which can result in quality loss.
These prints are printed by an outsourced printing company, so please be aware they will take an extra couple of weeks for the print to be ordered, received by our studio to be personally quality checked by the artist Selina Fenech, and then repackaged and shipped to you.
