General Ordering Information
Fairies and Fantasy is an Australian business, and all orders are filled and shipped from Australia, direct from the artists studio. We regularly ship all over the world, and have had customers in over 30 different countries! Most of our range is not held in stock, but rather is made on demand when an order is placed and many products are carefully hand made, and as such take time to produce properly. Order Filling Time
Orders are currently being filled and shipped once per week, so it may take up to a week before your order is shipped. Currency Options
Please select your currency from the drop down box at the top of the page and be sure you are ordering in the correct currency. - Australian orders include GST, and must be placed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- All other countries please order in US Dollars (USD).
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Cards- All credit card payments are processed through Paypals secure servers. You do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay through this option. Payment is processed securely at time of ordering. Paypal also offers buyer protection above and beyond our own guarantees, so you can feel safe shopping with Paypal.
Paypal- Those that already have a Paypal account can also pay with available funds in their Paypal account through the same payment option. Select "Credit card or direct cash payment via Paypal" during checkout.
Cheques or Money Orders- are accepted only for Australian customers due to high bank fees for foreign cheques, and payments must be received and clear before your order is shipped. Select "Cheque/Money Order (Australia only)" during checkout.
Direct Bank Deposit/Netbank- this option is available only for Australian customers. After your order has been placed you will be sent details for depositing to our accounts. Select "Bank Deposit (Australia)" during checkout for this option. Where can I find details on how to pay by Bank Deposit or Mail Order?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of items in your order and can be viewed and calculated in the shopping cart before paying for and finalising your order. Shipping charges are inclusive of packaging and handling fees. Within Australia you have the option of standard post (1-5 day delivery), or Express post (next day delivery to most areas). Shipping time internationally from Australia is generally 2-4 days for EMS International Express Courier or 6-10 business days for air mail.
Only the Express options have tracking numbers and are traceable once they are sent. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do our best to package every order well to protect each item in the order. However even the best packaging can be damaged with rough treatement through the postal system. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Sometimes mistakes are made on orders, an item missed, the wrong item included, or a faulty product slips through quality control. If there is any problem with your order at all please contact us and we will do whatever we can to sort it out for you. We want all our customers to be happy customers. Taxes and Customs
All customs and taxes which may be incured on importing orders into your country are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned about taxes or customs, please check with your local customs authorities before ordering as customs differ between countries.
